Be generic!

The software goes through your document in parts and may not understand the context of the particular document. Thus, it is better to export "criticism" rather than "criticism of ACME company".

Use qualitifiers

You can limit the scope of the insight types by adding qualifiers, such as: "explicit mentions of violence" instead of "occurances of violence"
